If you’d like to secure one of the coveted Artist Alley spots at Austria Comic Con, please fill out this registration form completely. Available spots are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Once we receive your completed form, we’ll contact you as soon as possible.

Cost overview
- per table 120 x 60 cm: € 100,–
- The first chair is free, each additional chair costs €15,–
Maximum of 2 chairs per table - The stand attendant’s pass is free of charge.
Each additional pass costs €35,–
Important information
Only one artist per table is permitted! Sharing or subletting a booth, or changing seats, is prohibited and will result in disqualification!
Free admission for the artist on both days. A maximum of one additional pass can be ordered per booth for a fee.

Assembly times:
- Thursday: 14:00 – 23:00
- Friday: 09:00 – 23:00
- Saturday: 07:00 – 08:45
Dismantling times:
- Sunday: 17:15 – 23:00
Opening hours (visitors)
- Saturday: 8:45 – 18:00
- Sunday: 8:45 – 17:00

Reservations without receipt of payment cannot be considered.

All prices quoted are net prices.
Costs for withdrawal and non-participation
Cancellation period: Cancellation is free of charge within 14 days of booking the stand. Once invoiced, your stand booking is automatically considered booked and confirmed. Make sure that you pay the invoice in full within the payment period. In case of non-participation, an expense allowance of 100% of the stand price must be paid after the withdrawal period has expired.
