CONTRACTUAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Reservations without receipt of payment cannot be considered.

VAT

All prices quoted are net prices. Costs for cancellation and non-participation Cancellation period: Cancellation is free of charge within 14 days of booking the stand. Once invoiced, your stand booking is automatically considered booked and confirmed. Make sure that you pay the invoice in full within the payment period. In case of non-participation, an expense allowance of 100% of the stand price must be paid after the withdrawal period has expired.

Food vouchers

In addition to the stand price, 20 free meals per day are given to our employees. Our crew receives one meal voucher and one pastry voucher per person per day, which can be handed out to any participating food truck or food vendor. Only with such a voucher is the respective ACC crew member entitled to a free meal of their choice. This only applies to food, not drinks. ALL VOUCHERS handed out by our employees for a meal or dessert must be accepted. From voucher 41 onwards, we pay the price of the food consumed according to the respective vendor’s menu. Be sure to keep all vouchers, as they will be needed for billing if more than 40 main courses or desserts per food truck/food stand are handed out to our crew over the weekend.

Please come to the information desk at the end of the event weekend to receive your vouchers. Subsequent submission is not possible!

Co-exhibitors, additionally represented companies, group participations

1. Stand space is generally only leased as a whole and only to one contractual partner. As an exhibitor/vendor, you may not exchange, divide, or otherwise make the stand space provided to you accessible to third parties in whole or in part without the prior consent of Con World Austria.

2. The use of the stand space by multiple exhibitors/sellers/companies is only permitted with prior written approval from Con World Austria.

3. If you accept a co-exhibitor or an additionally represented company without the express permission of Con World Austria, Con World Austria is entitled to terminate the contract with you without notice and to retain the stand fee.

4. Food truck exhibitors must ensure cleanliness in their area!

House rules

1. Con World Austria exercises house rules within the event grounds.

2. Con World Austria reserves the right to have exhibits removed from the stand if their display violates applicable law, common decency, or the exhibition program. Advertising for political or ideological purposes is prohibited. In the event of serious violations of the Conditions of Participation, technical guidelines, or legal provisions, Con World Austria reserves the right to close or clear your stand.

3. The current version of the house rules for the Wels Exhibition Centre grounds shall apply.

Legal responsibility

1. Con World Austria assumes no responsibility for exhibits, stand equipment or items belonging to persons working on the stand.

2. Any liability for property damage and financial losses is excluded, provided the risks can be insured. Liability due to intentional or grossly negligent misconduct remains unaffected.

3. As an exhibitor, you are liable to Con World Austria for any damage that you, your staff, your employees or third parties commissioned by you or other third parties whom you use to fulfil your obligations culpably cause to Con World Austria.

4. If Con World Austria is forced to temporarily or permanently vacate the exhibition area or parts thereof, or to postpone, shorten or extend the event due to force majeure or other reasons beyond its control, you shall not be entitled to derive any rights, in particular no claims for damages, against Con World Austria.
