One ticket grants you access to all public areas of the convention. Tickets are not personalized and may be transferred to another person before entering the convention. Day tickets are only valid for the day purchased. ATTENTION: Tickets already paid for cannot be refunded!

FAQ - Answers to frequently asked questions
Do I have to identify myself at the entrance and is there an age limit for the event?
No, you do not have to identify yourself. There is no age limit for the event. Children and young people between the ages of 1 and 15 are only admitted if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Can I bring my child and does my child need a ticket?
Children up to 6 years have free admission when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Where can I buy admission tickets and VIP tickets?
Admission tickets and VIP tickets can be ordered in advance here in the ticket store or are available on the day of the event daily from 10:00 a.m. at the box office.
Where can I buy autograph tickets and photo-op tickets?
Autograph tickets and photo-op tickets are only available on site at the trade fair. These are valid for one autograph or one photo and do NOT include admission to the Austria Comic Con. A day ticket for the respective day, a weekend ticket or a VIP ticket is also required for access to the exhibition grounds.
Are refunds possible?
Purchased tickets cannot be returned or canceled. This applies in principle to all admission, VIP, autograph and photo-op tickets. If a guest cancels, there is no entitlement to a refund of the admission and VIP tickets.
Do I have to bring the printed ticket with me?
Tickets can be presented in printed form or on a cell phone.
Is it a problem if the name on the ticket does not match the name of the participant?
This is not a problem. The tickets are not personalized. The name on the ticket does not necessarily have to match the name of the participant.
